Meera Devi's Health Mantra
Sometimes I wake up feeling tired, and my mind feels restless. I don’t feel peaceful inside, and everything feels harder than usual. In those days, I remember a small Sanskrit mantra my grandmother gave me. I just chant it silently. After a few days, my body feels lighter, and my mind feels calm.
