I have felt it too, inside my own family, with friends who once felt close, and in moments when I wondered if things could ever feel normal again. During those times, I started chanting a small Sanskrit mantra my grandmother had taught me. I just chanted it simply each day. Slowly, small changes began to happen. Conversations opened again. People changed. The closeness slowly started coming back, and I started feeling hope that things between us could feel good again.
